Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions about gift card orders. 

All orders placed before 2 PM EST will ship the same day from Massachusetts.

If you select US Mail your order will be shipped via the US Postal Service with no tracking. The US Postal service recommends allowng 7-10 business days for delivery.  

Orders shipped via Ground with Tracking or Next Day Air with tracking wil be shipped via UPS and a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. 

All purchases on Swipeit.com are final and will not be subject to return or exchange. 

If it has been more than 7 days please contact us via the link below, verify the address and we can have a replacement card sent out to you.

All cards will come in a 6x9 manilla envelope with Swipeit.com as the return address.

You can resend your card at any time to any email address. via the link in your order confirmation email 

Your credit card charge will appear as Swipe It with the merchant name of the gift card you purcahsed after it.  Due to character constraints the name of the merchant may be abbreviated.
