Elsa�s Bushel �n Peck was established in 1980 by Tom and Elsa Oliveri and has been a staple in the Worcester community ever since. Bushel �n Peck is known for our creative grinders, catering and friendly service. Our second location on East Mountain Street was established in 1990 to serve more customers.
Michael Bartosiewicz purchased the delis in 2005 to fulfill his lifelong dream after working for the company since the 80�s. With help from family, friends and of course some mentoring from Tom and Elsa, Michael has continued providing high quality food and service to his customers.
Michael and wife Ann, long-time Grafton residents recently opened their third location in Grafton, near the Grafton Common, in January of 2013. Their goal quite simply was to bring their fresh ideas to their hometown and even expand the concept by adding gluten free and healthy options as well as many prepared dinner options.
